Meet Our Family: Kristin, Tony & Janet

We're not "the worlds largest online bridal site" and don't want to be. We are the perfect size to best serve all our customers. When you get too big, people become just numbers, the need for profit gets in front of customer service, and it's just not the bridal business anymore. With us, Janet and our daughter Kristin manage our store and employees, while I mange the website.  I'm the one who examines your orders for accuracy, places your order with the designers, follows up on them, and will actually call you back with questions and confirmations. After 25 years of doing this face to face, I understand that this purchase can be very emotional. Up to now,  your wedding will probably be one of the most important events of your life. We understand that you're spending a lot of money, you have the right to expect your dresses on time, get what you ordered and you need to be wary of those cheap counterfeit designer dresses you see on some unethical web sites. If you have a question, you deserve to have it answered by someone who knows and cares, not just reads from a script.
