I JUST RECEIVED MY DRESS AND IT DOESN’T FIT, WHAT CAN I DO?

Actually, this is not unusual so relax. If it doesn’t fit your bust, it probably fits your waist, or visa-versa. That’s how you had to order it. Bridal attire is made to be altered fairly easily. Taken in or let out about 2” is usually no problem. If it’s a bit too tight, proper undergarments may be less expensive than a seamstress.
