Return Policy

RETURN, CANCELATION
Wedding Gowns, Veils, Tiaras, Shoes

Returns will only be allowed on new wedding gowns that have NOT been altered in any way. We do not accept returns on “made to order” gowns such as hollow to hem or special measurement gowns, gowns that have been discontinued or sold from stock. We will accept returns for exact exchanges in the unlikely event you receive it defective. In the event of a damage in transit, you must provide proof that you had first made a claim with the shipper. All returns must be within 3 days of when you received the shipment from the shipper. We must receive a verbal phone request and/or a confirmed e-mail that you would like to return the merchandise. Then you will receive a return authorization code to put on the box. All returned wedding gowns will have a 50% restocking fee applied from the full purchase price. Veils, Tiaras, or shoes will incur a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for all shipping charges both to you and back to us. This amount will be deducted from the refund. Merchandise refused or non-deliverable will not be returnable or money refunded. Once you have your return authorization code, you have 7 business days to sent us the return. All merchandise must be returned in new condition. Merchandise that is not returned in the condition it was sent will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price. Any merchandise sent back to us without the authorization code will not be accepted.

Other Merchandise

All other sales are Final. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on anything else sold on this site. This includes bridesmaid, mothers, special occasion or flower girl dresses or any other accessories.

Canceled Orders

All Wedding Gown orders canceled after 3 days of the initial purchase are subject to cost 50% of the purchase price. Gown orders cancelled within three days may be subject to a cancellation fee. We can not accept cancellations on bridesmaid dresses. Other merchandise may or may not be cancelable an depending upon if the manufacturer will allow US to cancel the order. We will work with you to the best of our ability, however bridal designers have a strict NO CANCEL policy that WE also must adhere to.

Damaged Merchandise

We closely inspect every item that we send you. Dress for Less Bridal does guarantee that all gowns will be brand new, defect free and original, authentic designer gowns. In the unlikely event you feel your merchandise is defective or damaged on receipt, you must let us know immediately. The manufacturer will repair or replace these items at their discretion. If they find that the merchandise is not defective or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. Only if merchandise is determined to be defective, will we pay all shipping charges.
